My husband was on this ship (USS Forrestal) and would have been lost if he had re-enlisted...great documentary (USS Forrestal 1967 Fire Off the Coast of Vietnam).

It (African-Americans in WWII) was a great gift. My dad was one of the original Montfort Point Marines. He really is enjoying the DVD.

I bought this (Heavy Cruisers 1930s-1960s) as a gift for my husband. He absolutely loved the rare footage in the DVD. Being a Navy man, he enjoyed viewing some of the old ships he remembered.

I bought this DVD on the P2V Neptune for my husband's birthday. He enjoyed reminiscing about his Navy days.

The El Centro Story DVD came the day after Christmas and I sat with dad as he watched today.  It was beyond awesome.  He saw faces he hadn't seen in almost 70 years and remembered all their names.  He was so very happy.  He talked for almost an hour afterwards, which I was smart enough to film about things that happened during that time... it was just awesome.  He was most thrilled to see his old buddy Hogan who was his pilot, who died a short time later and is buried there in El Centro.  I cannot thank you enough for the video.

My father was on the USS Little Rock CLG-4 (which is featured in the video) from 1959 to 1962. I served on the USS Albany CG-10, which replaced the Little Rock. I decommissioned the Albany. I was one of the last 10 guys to walk off that ship. Watching this video and learning a little more history was wonderful. I'm going to take it to my dad's house and watch it with him. Thanks.

Honestly, when I was watching vids on YouTube and learned of your site (www.militaryvideo.com), I've been so excited to find these videos because my Dad was in the USAF for 30 years going back to WW2 on B26 and then later in SE Asia in Thailand during Vietnam. My husband served in Vietnam also for three years with the Seabees. My Dad has passed away six years ago and he *never* spoke about his time in these wars and as he was there for three years also. I wanted to understand and know about these years that were a complete mystery to me then. Also my husband has just recently been able to talk about Vietnam and when I showed him your catalog, he pored over it and picked out several that he wanted and is looking forward to seeing them and is ready to go back via these videos. Thank you so much for providing them for all the veterans and their families to allow us a window into those years that changed their lives, and ours, and to maybe be able to understand what this war meant to them and all those who served.
